A resurfaced clip from the 2014 Golden Globes shows Bono seemingly dodging a kiss from Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. 

The incident has gained attention on social media following Combs’ recent arrest on sex trafficking charges. 

Fans took to social media to reflect on the video, with one tweeting, “Bono, still haunted by the awkward encounter, reportedly shudders at the thought of it.” 

Despite the discomfort, Bono was unaware of Combs’ alleged actions at the time.  Combs is currently held without bond in a New York City jail.
