Recently, Diddy’s lawyer team requested that the judge ban the witnesses and attorneys from speaking publicly about Diddy’s allegations.

He feels that they are trying to assassinate his character, and this is preventing him from having a fair trial.

The paperwork stated that the court has an “independent obligation to avoid the creation of a ‘carnival atmosphere’ in this high-profile case.”

His legal team also claims that these witnesses are making “shockingly prejudicial and false allegations of sexual assault and abuse of minors.” 

The judge will decide whether to place a gag order on the various witnesses and lawyers against Diddy.
