Halsey Recreates Iconic Aaliyah Picture

Singer Halsey is gearing up to release her new album, ‘The Great Impersonator,’ by sharing insights into the inspiration behind the songs.

In a recent post, she highlighted track 17, “Letter to God (1998),” which features vocals from her son when he was a baby and draws inspiration from Aaliyah’s “Are You That Somebody”?

The album, set to be one of her most personal projects, spans across decades and is described as a confessional concept album.

Halsey has been impersonating various icons in the lead-up to the album’s release, and her tribute to Britney Spears has received criticism.

Despite the controversy, Halsey’s new album is highly anticipated and will be available on October 25.
