Eminem, Alanis Morissette, Sheryl Crow, N.W.A. and Janet Jackson get Songwriters Hall of Fame Nods

The nominees for the 2025 Songwriters Hall of Fame have been announced!

Eminem, George Clinton, Sheryl Crow, N.W.A., Alanis Morissette Janet Jackson, and Bryan Adams are among the nominees for the upcoming class.

Also on the ballot are Boy George, the Doobie Brothers, Mike Love of the Beach Boys, Steve Winwood, Tommy James, and David Gates of Bread.

There are also non-performing songwriters on the ballot, including Walter Afanasieff and “Secret Agent Man” writers Steve Barri and P.F. Sloan.
